Mach 2026

The countdown to MACH 2026 is officially on, and the team is gearing up for our biggest showcase yet. At Pumps & Equipment, we believe that world-class manufacturing isn't just about the parts you produce—it’s about the efficiency of the ecosystem that supports them.

This year, we are launching three powerhouse systems designed to tackle the messiest, most time-consuming challenges on the shop floor.

Say Goodbye to the "Deep Clean" Downtime

Ask any operator: cleaning a machine tank is a nightmare. It’s a messy, labor-intensive process that often requires dismantling swarf conveyors and ancillary equipment just to get access. In a tightly packed factory, this means hours—if not days—of lost production.

That’s where our new SediVac Offline Filtration System changes the game.

SediVac Offline Coolant Filtration

How it works: SediVac agitates machine tanks to lift settled particulates and sucks up debris in real-time.

The Benefit: By filtering waste through a heavy-duty, washable basket filter, it drastically reduces the frequency of manual tank maintenance.

The Bottom Line: Less "cleaning time," more "run time."

The New Standard in Coolant Recovery

Alongside the SediVac, we are proud to debut two new systems focused on circularity and cost-savings:

ReFlow Basket Draining: Our dedicated solution for coolant recovery directly from machine filter baskets, ensuring expensive fluids stay in your machines, not on your floor.

ReFlow CNC Machine Basket Drainer and Coolant Recovery

GridFlow Parts Washer: A compact dual-action system that washes parts while simultaneously providing swarf filtration and coolant recovery.

We’ll be performing live demonstrations of the SediVac, ReFlow, and GridFlow throughout the event. Come see how we can help you reclaim your floor space and your maintenance schedule.

Where: Stand: 19-26 When: MACH 2026, NEC Birmingham What to expect: Live demos, expert consultations, and the future of shop floor maintenance.

Don't let tank sludge hold back your productivity. See you in Birmingham!

The HydraJet CT70 is a professional-grade, standalone coolant delivery system engineered specifically for CNC machine tool integration. Designed for high-intensity manufacturing environments, this unit provides the necessary pressure and filtration to support through-tool cooling and precision swarf management.

Technical Performance and Specifications

The system is defined by its ability to maintain a consistent 70 Bar (approx. 1,000 PSI) operating pressure. This level of force is specifically calibrated for CNC lathes and machining centres that require high-velocity coolant delivery to the cutting edge. The CT70 is a turnkey solution, housed in a compact, floor-standing unit that operates independently of the machine’s standard low-pressure pump.

Core Functional Capabilities

  • Effective Chip Evacuation: The 70-bar output provides the mechanical force required to blast chips out of cavities and work zones, preventing the accumulation of debris that can lead to tool breakage.

  • Direct Thermal Control: High-pressure delivery breaks the vapour barrier at the cutting tip, ensuring that coolant reaches the tool-workpiece interface even at high RPMs.

  • Enhanced Tool Longevity: By maintaining stable temperatures and clearing debris, the system significantly reduces abrasive wear, extending the service life of carbide tooling.

  • Surface Integrity: The immediate removal of swarf ensures a cleaner cut and a superior surface finish, reducing the need for secondary finishing processes.

Configurable Options and Versatility

To meet the demands of diverse machining applications, the CT70 offers enhanced flexibility via the following optional upgrades:

  • Multi-Option Pressure Switching: While 70 Bar is the standard, the single outlet can be configured with optional pressure switching for 50 Bar and 20 Bar. This allows operators to scale the pressure based on delicate tooling or specific material requirements.

  • Integrated Wash Gun Assembly: An optional wash gun addition is available, which includes a wash gun, holster, and specialised valve. This setup utilises the unit's internal suction pump to provide a dedicated supply for machine wash-down and maintenance.

System Integration and Build

The HydraJet CT70 is engineered for versatile installation, suitable for both new machine specifications and the retrofitting of existing equipment. The unit features an integrated filtration system designed to remove fine particles before they reach the high-pressure pump or the spindle. Its robust industrial construction is rated for continuous duty cycles, making it suitable for 24/7 production environments.

Primary Applications

This system is an essential upgrade for enhancing performance across a wide range of milling and turning operations where standard flood coolant is insufficient. It is designed to improve dimensional accuracy and reduce cycle times on both new and existing CNC machinery. By utilising the CT70, operators can achieve more aggressive feeds and speeds while maintaining process stability and consistent part quality.
