The Hydrajet UB20 series high pressure coolant system is available in three distinct size variants, all specifically designed for Star machines.

While all three models deliver a maximum pressure of 140 Bar and a flow rate of 20 L/min, they offer different capacities and footprints to suit specific machining requirements.

CM10 High Pressure Coolant System

The HydraJet CMT10 is a compact, high-performance coolant system specifically engineered for Citizen sliding head lathes. This unit provides high-pressure delivery and fine filtration within an ultra-compact footprint to suit restricted workshop spaces.

Our HydraJet TS 'Tank Systems' are our most versatile, large-scale solutions, engineered for applications requiring significant coolant volumes and multiple high-pressure outputs. These systems are fully customisable to meet the specific demands of complex or high-volume production environments.

Fanuc System

We also manufacture a dedicated high-pressure coolant solution specifically designed for Fanuc systems. This unit is engineered to provide a reliable 20 Bar output, enhancing machining performance, chip management, and tool cooling for Fanuc-controlled machinery.

  • Delivers a consistent operating pressure of 20 Bar.

  • The unit features a multi-pump configuration, including a dedicated high-pressure pump, a low-pressure pump, and a flood pump to handle all machine fluid requirements.

  • Includes a secondary dedicated pump specifically for wash gun operation to assist with machine cleaning and maintenance.

  • Optional wash gun attachement.

  • Equipped with servicable filtration for high pressure pump protection,

  • The system is supplied with a comprehensive electrical panel, including a dedicated interface and relay board for seamless integration and communication with the Fanuc controller.
