FlowGrid is an automatic wash and coolant recovery system that has been designed to upgrade an existing parts catcher.

Separation: Parts exit the conveyor and roll across a precision engineered separation grid.

Filtration: Swarf and debris fall through the grid into a high-capacity filter basket.

Active Rinse: Clean coolant (oil) is pumped from the integrated reservoir back to the top of the unit, providing a continuous parts wash that helps clear remaining chips.

Recovery: Excess oil drains through the system and returns to the tank, drastically reducing oil loss.
